Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with a specialization in Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring project compliance, and delivering quality results on time.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate construction activities at the site.
* Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
* Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Collaborate with maincontractor, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
* Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
* Implement effective problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges on site.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction, preferably with power plants.
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
