Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Document Controller to join our team for a prestigious construction project at the Red Sea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation in an organized and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all project-related documents.
Ensure proper documentation flow and storage.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
Maintain up-to-date records of all document versions and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a similar field.
Fluency in using the Aconex application is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in document control software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
