Expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, budgeting, cost estimation, tendering, and resource allocation for MEP works.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabia market rates for MEP, Electrical, FF, FA, HVAC, and Plumbing works, with or without material.
Ensure MEP subcontractors comply with quality documentation and records.
Proficient in estimation software (AutoCAD, MS Excel for cost analysis).
Skilled in maintaining detailed documentation and reviewing technical documents/reports. Knowledge of local and international regulations.
Experience in overseeing on-site MEP installation and commissioning.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams for project completion.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
5-7 years of related experience in KSA particularly in the construction field.
Salary: 8000-10,000 SR & perks.
