? Interpret and implement engineering designs and specifications on the project site. ? Manage all project phases, including structural, architectural, and MEP design & Construction issues, by coordinating with stakeholders, addressing technical queries, and maintaining change logs and documentation. ? Ensure project delivery according to scope of work, quality standards, specifications, and set timelines. ? Preparing and reviewing project plans, drawings, and technical documentation. ? Prepare and submit detailed shop drawings, Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients. ? Prepared official letters s with accuracy and professionalism. ? Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies during project execution. ? Developing Main & Sub Contractor bills, project monthly progress report, and schedules. Address and resolve construction issues promptly. ? Preparation of Look-Ahead for Site Activities, Procurement and Engineering works. ? Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings on-site. ? Inspect materials to ensure they meet required specifications and standards. ? Monitor workmanship quality and conduct inspections to ensure compliance. ? Coordinate with subcontractors to align their work with the project schedule. ? Maintain accurate records of site activities, including logs and material usage. ? Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that all activities comply with health and safety regulations. Ensure that all workers use appropriate PPE and follow safe working practices. ? Responsible for controlling and monitoring the day-to-day progress of each activity. ? Timely arrangements of needed resources (Manpower, equipment &materials) required at site from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. ? Handling and guiding under-command staff to work accordingly and regularly checking on their progress and quality of work. ? Managing Supplier’s performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness. ? Prepare main contractor and sub-contractor Bills. ? Manage contractors and site execution, including inspections, to maintain QA/QC standards. Prepare progress reports and submittals.
