• Currently Based In KSA

• Minimum 5-10 Years Experience In Technical Office Works At MEP Companies

• Expert In Reviwing Design Drawings And Develop BOQ

• Expert In Preperation Of Design Calculations & Shop Drawings For Various Electrical Systems

• Expert In Preperation Of Technical Materials Submittals

• Ability To Follow Up With Consultant Till Getting The Approval For Various Technical Aspects

• Expert In Preperation Of Technical RFI,Variations & Letters

• Expert In Estimation Of Various Electrical Tenders

• Good Knowledge Of Autocad & Lux Calculations Software Is Advantage

• Expert In Execution Of Plumbing, HVAC, CWS & Fire Fighting Systems

• Proven Experience In Leading Teams Consisting Of Minimum 40 persons

• Expert In Preperation Of Monthly Bills And Following Up With Concerned Parties Till Approval.

• Good Knowledge Of Autocad & Revit is advantage

• Minimum 3-7 Years Experience In Procurment Department At MEP Companies

• Expert In KSA MEP Market

• Analyze New Suppliers In Various MEP Scopes To Facilitate The delivery Of High Quality Products At Competitive Pricing

• Expert In Negotiation With Suppliers On Lead-Time, Cost And Quality To Achieve Higher Profitability For The Company.

• Develop, Implement and Drive the procurement strategy in order to meet cost savings targets

• Prepare Commercial Comparisons Based On Suppliers Offers Prior To Placing Of Purchase Orders

• Maintain Updated Track Indicating The status of requisitions, contracts, and orders

• Owning The Complete Procurment Process Starting From RFQ Till Materials Deleivery And Documents Receiving

• Assest Tendring Department When Required

5. Documents Controller

• Fluent In English

• Currently Based In KSA

• Minimum 3-5 Years Experience As Documents Controller In Construction Company Preffered To Be MEP Company

• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills

• Able To Work Under Pressure

• Able To Use A computer And Software Packages ( MS Office,..) Competently

• Able To Organize Documents In Logs To Be Created & Updated By Him

• Preparing, Organising And Storing Information In Paper And Digital Form

6. MEP DraftsMan

• Fluent In English

• Currently Based In KSA

• Minimum 5-10 Years Experience As Draft Man At MEP Companies

• Expert In Preperation Of Electrical Design & Shop Drawings ( Small Power & Lighting , Low Current Systems)

• Expert In Preperation Of Mechanical Design & Shop Drawings ( HVAC, FF, Plumbing)

• Expert In Autocad & Revit Is Must

7. Accountant

• B.sc Degree In Accountance/ Finance

• Fluent In English

• Currently Based In KSA

• 3-7 Years Proven Experience In Finance Department Preferable To Be At Contracting Companies

• Advanced Knowledge Of MS Excel, Tally And Accounting Software

• Manage All Accounting Transactions

• Processing Tax Payments And Returns

• Reconcile Accounts Payable And Receivable

• Handle Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Closings

• Audit Financial Transactions And Documents

• Prepare Budget Forecasts

• Perform Month-End And Year-End Close Processes

• Helping Management Take Critical Financial Decisions By Collecting, Tracking And Correcting The Company’s Finances

• Ensure Timely Bank Payments

8. HR Officer ( Man/Female)

• Saudi National with A relevant degree

• Strong verbal and written Communication skills with fluency in English

• 3-5 Years Experience In Similar Position

• Advanced level computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Build and report quarterly and annual hiring plans

• Expert In Dealing with Saudi MOL systems

• Undertake All Hiring Activities, From Advertising Open Roles To Interviewing Candidates And Closing Hires

9. Store Keeper

• At least a High School diploma.

• Fluent In English

• Currently Based In KSA

• Minimum 3-5 Years Experience As Store Keeper In Construction Company Preffered To Be MEP Company

• Maintaining And Keeping Track Of Receipts, Records And Withdrawals

• Receives And Inspects All Incoming Materials And Reconciles With purchase Orders And Reporting To Concerned Engineer

• Overseeing And Exercising General Control Over All The Tools And Activities Of The Store

• Well-Developed Verbal And Written Communication Skills

• Able To Use A computer And The Main Software Packages Competently

10. Purchaser

• Minimum High School Diploma.

• Currently Based In KSA

• 3-5 Years Experience In Similar Position Preffered In MEP Contracting Company

• Responsible For Purchasing Products , Materials & Consumables

• Assessing The Market, Evaluating Pricing And Availability

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Build And Maintain Market Information Including Current And Potential Suppliers And Contact Details.

• Knowledge Of Raw Materials
