Job description
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). • Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams and procurement to identify project requirements and constraints. • Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths, resource constraints, and potential schedule conflicts. • Provide regular updates on project progress and highlight any deviations from the planned schedule. • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays. • Analyze the planned and actual progress at the site and prepare the comprehensive report on weekly basis to project control lead. • Communicate schedule-related information effectively to stakeholders at all levels. • Participate in project meetings to provide insights into schedule performance and recommend adjustments as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. • Proven experience in planning and scheduling engineering projects. • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. • Ability to work under pressure for more details,
