Admin Assistant (Construction Project Experienced)
Location: NEOM, KSA
Contract: 6 months, extendable
FAT: Will be provided by Client
Working hours: 10 hours
Working days: 6 days
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with procurement processes, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Support site logistics, including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
- Assist with data entry and maintain project databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes.
- Experience with procurement and document control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
