HR Officer/HR Specialist

About Us:
Company is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer/HR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, managing employee relations, and implementing HR initiatives.
Key Job Descriptions:
1. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., Nitaqat, Saudization, and Qiwa and other Govt. Portals).
2. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
3. Manage employee data, contracts, and personnel files in accordance with KSA labor laws.
4. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
5. Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
6. Conduct training needs assessments and implement training programs.
7. Manage performance management and evaluation processes.
8. Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and allowances.
9. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to KSA labor laws and regulations.
10. Provide HR advice and support to management and employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or Graduate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of KSA labor laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
