QA QC Engineer (Filipino)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assign, designate and supervise QAQC Engineers and subcontractors for work task and assignments.
• Support and Assist the QAQC Team for project issues and decision making and solving project site issues.
• Planning and scheduling for the look ahead activities and tasks
• Design and Evaluate for project risk and issues
• Established smooth decision making and project scheduling.
• Prepare and review documentation requirements:
1. Works Method of Statements (Work Methodology) Inspection and Test Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, HIRAC & JHA, Quality Plan and
2. Prepares and Review Company Projects official documents such Warranties, guarantees and commitment certificates/letters.
3. Quality Daily & Weekly Reports and checklist
4. STQ (Site Technical Query)/Change Order
5. NCR & QCR , Snag and Punch List close out
6. Conduct Workshops and Trainings
7. Site Work Package preparation and
8. Milestone Billings (Prepare & Review)
9. Project Risk Evaluation & Scheduling
10. Material Spares Parts and Tools Equipment Handing Over
11. As built for Mechanical Disciplines
• Responsible on Inspection for the following Activities:
1. Cast in Place Piling Works
2. (MMS)Mounting Structures & PV Modules
3. Water supply, Plumbing and sewerage, HVAC Works
4. Grounding works & Testing
5. Material Delivery Inspection and Testing and others.
• Monitor and assist Project Testing and Commissioning for all system.
• Update Project Progress Reports and Activity Status (Dashboards &AWBS)
• Conduct and perform Daily Site Walks and Weekly Site Patrol for project concerns and reports (with Consultants and Owners Engineers)
• Conduct and perform Punch/Snag list Walk through (Mechanical and PV Plant Scope)
• Supervise and Assist Project Close Out Documentation (Project Handing Over, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Warranties, As Built, Handing over and Testing Commissioning.
