1. Marketing and Sales , Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations
2. Prepare Quotation, Purchase Order ,Invoice and Delivery Note & Follow up with customer and supplier for Quotation , Purchase order and Payments ,Customer Visit for Payment and Follow up.
3. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales manager are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and arranging delivery
4. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
5. Incoming orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
6. Work with Technical Crew and Follow Schedule assigned by Management .
7. Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
8. Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work
9. Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
