MEP Supervisor
• High School Diploma or equivalent in mechanical or electrical field.
• 5-7 years’ Experience in facilities operation.
• Have good experience in mechanical, electrical, archradical, Fire Alarm, Firefighting, Low current systems.
• Ability to speak, understand and write English.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to supervise and motivate workers.
• Knowledge of safe operation of tools and equipment.
• Must be able to read as-built drawings.
• Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Reviews, organizes, and plans work orders for assignment utilizing computer work order systems.
• Ability to routinely perform 24-hour on call and off hour duty including evenings, weekends and holidays and to respond to emergency situations on a 24-hour on-call basis.
• Monitoring corrective/preventive maintenance activities.
• Helping the site engineer in scheduling and executing the works efficiently.
• Filling the inspection formats for all the equipment, technical rooms and systems.
• Helping in preparing the daily, weekly, monthly, observation and incident reports.
• Confirming that HSE regulations are applied at site during executing the daily works.
• Conduct weekly technical training sessions for the maintenance teams.
• Contributing in PPM planning.
• Confirming all PPM works are done efficiently as per the standards.
• Must have experience in MAXIMO system.
• Making inventory for the stocked spare parts and consumables and requesting the needed materials.
• Proper communication with the client’s representatives.
• Capability of using Microsoft programs (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Capability of preparing trackers and updating daily.
