*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
- Coordinate manpower and equipment rental schedules.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and staff in both English and Arabic.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and reports.
- Manage transportation, food, and accommodation arrangements for staff as required.
