*Job Summary:*
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by developing, implementing, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Health and Safety:*
1. Develop, implement, and review HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
2. Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and root cause analysis.
3. Design and implement safety training programs for employees.
4. Investigate incidents/accidents, near misses, and occupational illnesses.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, local laws).
*Environmental:*
1. Develop and implement environmental policies, procedures, and programs.
2. Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits.
3. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, local laws).
4. Develop and implement waste management and recycling programs.
*General:*
1. Collaborate with departments to integrate HSE into business operations.
2. Provide HSE guidance and support to employees.
3. Monitor and report HSE performance metrics.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
5. Participate in emergency response planning and crisis management.
*Requirements:*
*Education:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
*Certifications:*
1. NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)
2. OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification
3. ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety) certification
4. NEOM APPROVED
*Experience:*
1. 5+ years of experience in HSE role.
2. Experience in manufacturing, construction, or oil and gas industries.
*Skills:*
1. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work independently and in teams.
4. Proficient in MS Office and HSE software.
