Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller with strong proficiency in document management, specifically within Gulf projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in ACONEX and responsible for organizing, storing, and managing project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and control project documentation using ACONEX or similar systems.
• Ensure that all documents are properly stored, categorized, and easily retrievable.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect, check, and verify documentation.
• Maintain the document control database and ensure all project documents are up to date.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project staff to ensure the smooth flow of documentation.
• Prepare and manage transmittals, document submissions, and other relevant records.
• Regularly review documentation processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in I.T. or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in document control.
• Proficiency in ACONEX is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
