Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil Supervisor / Foreman with extensive experience in overseeing infrastructure projects, particularly in the Gulf region. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site civil works, coordinating with the workforce, and ensuring project execution aligns with company standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all on-site civil activities, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and labor to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Monitor work progress, ensuring deadlines are met and safety standards are upheld.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment for the site and ensure they are used efficiently.
• Address any on-site issues and provide solutions in coordination with the engineering team.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports related to the project’s progress and site conditions.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of Gulf experience, specifically in infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, project management, and safety protocols.
• Ability to lead and manage on-site labor efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
