Job Summary:
As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of the Amir Al Project. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including activity breakdown structures, duration estimates, and resource allocation.
Monitor and control project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and analyze various project reports, including progress reports, cost reports, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Utilize project management software and tools to optimize planning and tracking processes.
Assist in the development of project budgets and cost control measures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
