Are you a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer looking to transition into a training career? We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to help develop the next generation of skilled workers in positions such as Fabricator, Pipefitter, Electrician, Machinist, Instrument Technician and HVAC Technician.
The selected candidate will be responsible for training employees to prepare for the CWQAP (Contractor Workforce Qualifications Assurance Program) test by Aramco, ensuring they pass the prometric test.
Company will give the training material to the trainer and trainer has to go through the material and give training to the workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare trainees for the CWQAP test by Aramco, ensuring they understand and are proficient in the required skills.
Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions, focusing on both technical skills and safety procedures.
Assess trainees' progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Strong interest in becoming a professional trainer.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and hands-on experience in the field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to teach and mentor employees with varying levels of experience.
Passion for developing skills in others and promoting a learning culture.
Familiarity with Aramco standards and CWQAP test requirements is an advantage (but not mandatory; training will be provided).
Prior experience in technical training or education is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus.
Knowledge of vocational training methods and adult learning principles.
