We are seeking experienced and dynamic Three (2) “Sales Engineers/ Sales Executives” to join our team in the Jubail. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales within the Mechanical construction, industrial mechanical maintenance services, and material trading sectors. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing technical solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, industrial maintenance, and material trading sectors.
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
o Generate leads, follow up on potential clients, and convert prospects into customers.
o Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly.
o Conduct regular client visits and site inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Technical Expertise:
o Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the products and services offered.
o Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
o Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and technologies to provide clients with the most effective solutions.
4. Project Coordination:
o Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
o Monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure client expectations are met.
o Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
o Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or any related bachelor degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in construction, industrial maintenance, or material trading.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Location: Willingness to travel within the Eastern Region, Riyadh, and Jeddah as required.
