MEP QS Engineer -Job Code(QS)

Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on tender drawing & Specification includes all works.

- Preparation of take of quantity from construction drawing.

- Coordination of the review of draft tender documents to ensure all systems and components of the tenders are included.

- Knowledge in initial review of projects, condition of contract, contract documents, specification and design drawing.

- Preparation of tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm and collect any missing data.

- Attend technical meetings with contractor and weekly progress meeting if required by construction manager.

- Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines/Trades has been carried out for all external and internal MEP services.

- Preparation of Cost Estimation for MEP Works (Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical) and Pricing, Rate Buildup of Materials, Labor, Plants and other misc.

- Invite the Quotation from Sub Contractor/Supplier, Negotiation and Comparison, ability to prepare pre contract & tender activity.

- Maintenance and update of Approved Sub Contractor/Supplier database.

- Corresponding with Consultants/Authorities regarding the specification/technical and BOQ any difference to tender requirements and raise queries for clarification.

- Coordination with planning, procurement, finance and administration cell for necessary documents required for the submission.

- Preparation of tender pre-qualification item, List of Sub Contractor/Supplier, Cash Flow Chart, Machinery.

Requirements:

The right candidate should have minimum 7-10 years GCC experience in High Rise Towers, Industrial, Residential and Commercial Building Projects.

- Knowledge of working with MEP based project as a Quantity surveyor.

- Ability to recognize contractual obligations of both company and its subcontractors.

- Knowledge of QCS (Qatar construction specification) and CESMM.

- Good Experience in AUTO CAD/MS Office and CCS (Candy) would be preferred but not essential.

- Able to review and measure the executed works.

- Good knowledge in detailed shop drawing, coordination drawings.

- Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Store Keeper -Job Code(SK)

- At least a High School diploma.

- Fluent In English.

- Currently Based In KSA.

- Minimum 5-10 Years Experience As Store Keeper In Construction Company Preffered To Be MEP Company.

- Maintaining And Keeping Track Of Receipts, Records And Withdrawals.

- Receives And Inspects All Incoming Materials And Reconciles With purchase Orders And Reporting To Concerned Engineer.

- Overseeing And Exercising General Control Over All The Tools And Activities Of The Store.

- Well-Developed Verbal And Written Communication Skills.

-Profession In Using Computer And The Main Software Packages Competently

Document Controller -Job Code(DC)

- Fluent In English.

- Currently Based In KSA.

- Minimum 5-10 Years Experience As Documents Controller In Construction Company Preffered To Be MEP Company.

- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills.

-Profession In Using Computer And The Main Software Packages Competently.

-Able To Organize Documents In Logs To Be Created & Updated By Him.

-Preparing, Organising And Storing Information In Paper And Digital Form.

Planning Engineer -Job Code(PE)

- Excellent Oral And Written English Proficiency Is A Must.

-B.sc Of Relevant Engineering Degree Is Preferred.

- Currently Based In KSA.

-Minimum 5-10 Years Experience As Planning Engineer At MEP / Construction Companies.

-Fluency With Planning Software Such As Primavera P6, And Microsoft Project.

-Establish The project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in coordination with the Project Manager.

-Developing Project Master Schedule, Updating, Monitoring And Reviewing Construction Schedules On Regular Basis.

-Prepare Weekly And /Or Monthly Progress Reports Covering The Project Status.

-Assist Project Team In Development Of Action Plans To Avoid / Minimise Cost / schedule overruns.

-Monitor Site Progress And Highlight The critical items on a weekly basis
