Procurement Advice: Advises on procurement strategies, assists in the tendering process, and helps select contractors and suppliers to ensure value and budget compliance.
Change Management: Manages changes in project scope that affect costs, ensuring all changes are documented and budgeted.

Minimum (5) years of relevant experience
