Job Responsibilities:
?Prepare and report weekly task arrangement and status for the project, communicate with each department managers for issues, hindrances to finish any works and report to Project Manager with options to solve.
?preparing reports to Consultant, AMANA and HO
?Assist document Controller to prepare letters to consultant, AMANA and any other stake holders
?Inform all Orders of Project Manager to each department head
?Prepare Realistic Construction schedule to reach the deadline and obtain approval from consultant, AMANA and HO, submit tracking of base line schedule, submit dashboards to PMO.
?Prepare material forecasting and procurement plan, Mobilization plan for the project and monitor timely
?Prepare Budget Plan, actual execution, and cost tracking,
?Assist Construction Manager to prepare Cost effective methodologies and discuss with Project Manager
?Prepare weekly and fortnight schedule ahead, explain to each department and follow up, discuss for any delays of work, and find appropriate solutions to achieve all tasks in time.
?Update the schedule according to all changes in design, and as per management decisions
?Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to consultant
?Fix schedule each subcontractor separately, Ensure the resource availability for each work team and monitor their progress
?Follow-up and coordinate with all department for Permits tracking, design and shop drawing approvals, target dates and delays of execution in streetwise, material approval, Issue PO & monitor deliveries in time, coordinating to finalise IPC’s, monitoring NCR’s and penalties etc.
Instruct and Monitor document controller works for all submissions, RFI's, Correspondences and approvals and documentation etc.
Salary and Welfare:
1.Monthly package salary: Starting at 13000-15000 SR, including accommodation and meals, transportation Telecommunication Fee.
2. Accept the third-party human-resource dispatch employment mode
3.30 days of annual leave after 12 months of service.
