Job Responsibilities:
1- Risk Assessment:
?Conducting a comprehensive risk assessment of potential hazards at the project site, including risks associated with flooding and landslides.
2- Developing Safety Plans:
?Preparing safety and security plans and procedures specific to the project, focusing on water and environmental conditions.
3- Training and Awareness:
?Providing training sessions for workers and staff on appropriate safety practices and emergency procedures.
4- Monitoring Safety Compliance:
?Ensuring that safety standards are implemented on-site and adhered to by all personnel.
5- Incident Management:
?Developing strategies to handle emergency incidents, including evacuation plans and rapid response measures.
6- Coordination with Stakeholders:
?Collaborating with engineering teams, contractors, and local authorities to ensure safety and security requirements are met.
7- Inspections and Monitoring:
?Conducting regular site inspections to identify hazards and assess the effectiveness of implemented safety measures.
8- Providing Protective Equipment:
?Ensuring the availability of personal protective equipment and necessary tools to safeguard workers.
9- Reporting:
?Writing regular reports on site safety conditions and making recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
1-Educational Qualification:
?A university degree in engineering, safety management, or a related field.
2- Practical Experience:
?7 Years or mor previous experience in the field of safety and security, preferably in Infrastructure projects.
3- Recognized Certifications:
?Holding accredited safety certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA.
4- Knowledge of Laws and Regulations:
?Comprehensive understanding of local and international safety and security laws and regulations.
5- Communication Skills:
?Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
6- Analysis and Problem-Solving:
?Capability to analyze risks and provide effective solutions to mitigate hazards.
7- Adherence to Instructions:
?Strictly implementing and enforcing safety and security policies and procedures.
8- Training and Guidance:
?Ability to train and guide employees in good safety practices
Salary and welfare:
1.Monthly package salary: Starting at 13,000-15,000 SR, including accommodation and meals, transportation Telecommunication Fee.
2. Accept the third-party human-resource dispatch employment mode
3.30 days of annual leave after 12 months of service.
