Job responsibilities:

1. Field Supervision

Monitor the implementation of construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Oversee the quality of materials and processes used in the project.

2. Coordination with Technical Teams

Collaborate with technical teams to execute set plans.

Provide technical support and resolve field issues.

3. Inspections and Monitoring

Conduct necessary inspections to ensure labor and material quality.

Assess risks and report any potential issues.

4. Documentation and Reporting

Document all daily activities on-site.

Prepare progress reports and submit them to the construction manager.

5. Interaction with Workers

Direct workers and ensure they understand plans and specifications.

Evaluate worker performance and provide feedback for efficiency improvement.

6. Technical Advice

Offer guidance and technical advice to the construction manager regarding necessary modifications or improvements.

Analyze technical problems and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

1- Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,

2- Work Experience

• 7 years or more previous experience in construction projects, preferably in the same field (such as stormwater drainage or infrastructure).

3- Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment used in projects.

• Ability to read and interpret plans and engineering drawings.

4- Management Skills

• Ability to manage teams and coordinate activities among different disciplines.

• Skills in planning and organizing to ensure smooth workflow.

5- Communication Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including workers, engineers, and contractors.

• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

6- Knowledge of Safety Standards

• In-depth understanding of occupational safety standards and procedures on site.

7- Software Proficiency

• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).

• Knowledge of engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD).

8- Ability to Work Under Pressure

• Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Time management and organizational skills.

9- Willingness for Continuous Learning

• Desire to develop skills and learn from new experiences.

• Keeping up with the latest developments in engineering and construction.

10- Language

• Good in both English and Arabic

Salaries and welfare:

1.Monthly package salary: Starting at 9000-11000 SR, including accommodation and meals, transportation Telecommunication Fee.

2. Accept the third-party human-resource dispatch employment mode

3.30 days of annual leave after 12 months of service.

5.Probationary: 3 months
