Sales Engineer:
• Design, monitor and implement electrical systems and products
• Develop manufacturing processes in accordance with global engineering rules and standards
• Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
• Identify customer needs and requirements
• Ensure that installations and applications are consistent with customer needs and safety standards
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and implement new system processes
• Conduct quality and performance analysis on new and old IT systems
• Summarize data and report test results
• Examine new equipment needs, calculate costs, and assist in preparing budgets
• Monitor Production and inspection plans
• Follow up with client regarding invoices until all amounts due are paid on time.
• Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers.
Skills required for a Sales Engineer:
• Practical experience as an electrical engineer
• Practical experience in using design and calculation programs
• Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes
• Understanding electrical engineering codes and safety standards
• Problem solving abilities
• Attention to details
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Practical Experience in Microsoft Office application especially in EXCEL
