We seek an experienced Finishing Engineer to oversee the finishing stages of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage finishing works (e.g., painting, flooring, ceilings).
2. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
4. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
5. Identify and resolve defects, defects, or discrepancies.
6. Develop and implement finishing schedules and budgets.
7. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
8. Review and approve finishing-related documentation.
9. Ensure safety protocols are followed.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to site staff.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in finishing engineering or related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Professional certifications (PE, CEM, CQM).
3. Experience with construction management software.
Physical Demands:
1. Ability to work on-site.
2. Frequent walking, standing, and climbing.
3. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
