Document Controller
Duration: + 1year with possibility of extension
Location: Makkah, KSA
Salary: 2000 SAR/month + FAT allowance
Job responsibilities
• Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
• Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
• File documents in physical and digital records
• Create templates for future use
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
Required:
• LOCAL TO MAKKAH OR JEDDAH CANDIDATES ONLY, (ONSITE INTERVIEW REQUIRED)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Age less than 30 years
• Muslim mandatory
• Candidate from India and Pakistan preferred with valid visa (Transferable Iqama)
