As an ELV Site Engineer, my main duties involve managing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Extra-Low Voltage systems like CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and structured cabling. I ensure that all work is done according to project plans, industry standards, and safety regulations.
My responsibilities include:
1. Supervising site activities and guiding technicians during installations.
2. Testing and commissioning ELV systems to ensure proper functionality.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site.
4. Coordinating with project managers, clients, and other teams for smooth execution.
5. Maintaining quality control and safety standards throughout the project.
In short, I ensure the ELV systems are installed and operated efficiently and reliably to meet the project’s requirements.
