Job Overview:
Masar Alistidama Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Executive cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role, ensuring smooth daily operations while handling administrative tasks efficiently. This position is integral to supporting our operational objectives and maintaining the high standards of service we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Duties:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce management to optimize productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all operational aspects.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes and workflows.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
Administrative Duties:
Manage general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and office supplies inventory.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the management.
Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Maintain accurate records of personnel, operations, and any required documents.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and smooth communication within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in operations management and administrative roles. in manpower company / HR Company , Recruiting Company
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Additional Information:
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
Knowledge of the operations and maintenance industry is a plus.
Experience working in a similar role within Saudi Arabia is preferred.
