We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record of ensuring workplace safety and compliance with health, safety,
and environmental standards in the GCC region. The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for
developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and
compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HSE Policy Development & Implementation
o Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with local
regulations and company policies.
o Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address
potential hazards.
2. Compliance Management
o Ensure compliance with Saudi and GCC HSE regulations, including relevant
certifications and permits.
o Regularly review and update safety documentation to maintain adherence to
industry standards.
3. Training & Awareness
o Conduct HSE training sessions and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
o Promote a culture of safety awareness and proactive risk management across all
levels of the workforce.
4. Monitoring & Reporting
o Perform routine inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend
corrective actions.
o Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and
implement preventative measures.
5. Liaison & Communication
o Collaborate with project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies to address HSE
concerns effectively.
o Maintain clear and professional communication in English, ensuring all
stakeholders are well-informed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
? Education:
o Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental
Science, or a related field.
? Certifications:
o NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory. Additional
certifications in HSE are a plus.
? Experience:
o Minimum of 8 years of HSE experience in the GCC or Saudi Arabia, preferably in
the manpower or contracting sectors.
? Skills:
o Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
o Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
o Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide
teams.
Compensation:
