We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs for construction projects, project pricing, and tender preparation, with proficiency in industry tools and platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
5+ years of experience in project estimation and tendering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office.
Familiar with market rates, government platforms (Etimad), and qualification requirements (pre- and post-qualification).
Experience with major projects (NEOM, Red Sea, Diriyah, Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, Jeddah Central Development, etc.).
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including submitting weekly tender and budget reports.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and competitive tenders.
Perform quantity take-offs and market research for project pricing.
Manage qualifications and compliance for high-profile government projects.
