A leading company specializing in civil construction, contracting, and EPC projects, is seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with expertise in automotive, trucks, and equipment maintenance to take on a supervisory role in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of automotive vehicles, trucks, and construction equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Supervise and manage the logistics and maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and ensure inventory availability.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Automotive or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in automotive, trucks, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and fleet management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems is an advantage.
