Administrative Assistant


Job description

The Administrative Assistant provides support to the office by undertaking various administrative tasks. They organize and coordinate office operations, manage files and records, and provide general administrative support to ensure efficient functioning of the office. The Administrative Assistant may also be responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Maintain and update office files and records. Prepare, edit, and proofread documents and reports. Handle office supply inventory and orders. Assist in organizing meetings and events. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing. Greet and assist visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Provide support to other staff members as needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills.
