Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role involves assisting with various accounting tasks, including ledger management, reconciliation, and financial reporting, to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Conduct regular ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly budget reports.
Help in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Help with other accounting projects, as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Excellent organizing abilities.
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g., SAP).
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
