*HSE Officer (PMC)- 6 Months & Ext- Local Transfer- Pump station/Reservoir/Water Treatment*
Work Location: Dammam
An international consulting firm is seeking a *HSE Officer (PMC)* for the National Water Company Project in Dammam.
The candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia with a *local transfer* and available for short-term engagement (6 months, with the possibility of extension).
*Ideal Candidate Criteria:*
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the water, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety regulations and environmental laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle complex situations effectively.
Proven ability to manage safety in large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and accident investigations.
