Job Title: Document Controller
We are looking for a dedicated Document Controller (Saudi Experience is preferable) to manage the documentation for our construction projects. The role involves organizing, maintaining, and ensuring accessibility of key documents such as contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence. You will ensure all documents comply with company standards and regulatory requirements and are up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage project documentation (contracts, drawings, specs, etc.).
Ensure documents are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant.
Maintain version control and document flow.
Use ERP systems for document tracking and management.
Coordinate document sharing among project teams.
Ensure all documentation is audit ready.
Requirements:
Experience in document control, preferably in construction. ( Saudi experience is preferable)
Proficiency in ERP systems and document management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Transferrable Iqama
