Qualification:

Bachelor in Engineering (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

• To study & understand the scope of work mention in contract documents.

• To prepare a detailed project schedule (Level-IV) in Primavera (P6) & evaluate the manpower, manhours and equipment, required for execution.

• To prepare deployment schedules of direct, indirect, establishment manpower and equipment.

• Costing of Additional Job Requirements under the guidance of the Planning Manager.

• Coordinate with the project manager and project team to ensure the plan aligns with project objectives.

• Monitor project progress against the established schedule, identifying and addressing any deviations to the Project Team & Planning Manager.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues. (Daily //Weekly & Monthly)

• Update project schedules as needed to reflect changes in scope, delays, or other factors.

• Must have Strong Communication Skills to communicate with the Project Team, Project Consultant & Client Engineers on regular site issues.

• Takes ownership of the Company’s Core and Operating Values, Quality Policy & HSE Policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Having an overall 10 years of experience and a minimum of 05 years in Gulf Countries with large-scale Industrial construction, Commercial and Residential Projects.

- Bachelor in Engineering (Civil).

Preferred Skills:

- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the civil engineering or construction industry.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles & construction processes.

Status:

Should be having Transferable Iqama

Nationality:

Indian

Salary:

Maximum SAR: 10,000 (Including All Allowances)
