The ideal candidate will excel in cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting while coordinating effectively with in-house teams and specialized subcontractors to ensure financial targets are met.
Key Requirements:
Based in Jeddah and available for immediate joining.
Maximum age: 35 years.
Expertise in cost estimation, monitoring, forecasting, and managing project budgets.
Experience in handling cost-to-complete assessments and managing costs for projects with a history of delays, remobilization, and challenging situations.
Proficient in using cost management software and tools.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with in-house teams and manage coordination with specialized subcontractors.
Competent in balancing office responsibilities with on-site cost tracking and verification.
