Job Summary:


Power-Tek, a leader in power systems engineering and consulting, seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support administrative tasks and streamline office operations. This role is vital to our efforts to establish and maintain Saudization compliance and will provide essential administrative support for various project management, consulting, and engineering functions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Office Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks, including document filing, preparation, and record-keeping, ensuring all data is accurately maintained.


- Client Coordination: Assist in communication with clients, coordinating project updates, and facilitating documentation for engineering and consulting projects.


- Project Assistance: Support the preparation of bid documents, track project schedules, and organize data for project management purposes.


- Document Management: Help organize and maintain contract documents, bid evaluations, and project management files.


- Compliance Tracking: Assist with Saudi local office requirements such as HR, Qiwa, Labor rules compliance documentation and coordination with the relevant authorities for Saudization certification.


- Office Communication: Coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person, with internal teams and clients as required.


- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for materials, services, and documentation necessary for Power-Tek’s engineering and project management operations.


Qualifications:


- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role, preferably within engineering, consulting, or project management industries.


- Strong ability to maintain accuracy in data handling and document management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Saudi National with experience in office administration or relevant fields.

- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to managing tasks

- Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative.

- Able to work fast to tight deadlines.

- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English
