1. Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Management; with at least 3 years of QA/QC management experience in large-scale projects.
2. Familiar with local engineering quality-related laws, regulations, standards, and specifications, with a high level of quality management expertise, and knowledge of key points in quality management for various project specialties, along with knowledge of building material sampling and testing requirements.
3. Proficient in English, with the ability to use English as the working language.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, meticulous and responsible, with strong execution ability and teamwork spirit. Able to adapt to overtime work, with excellent drafting skills, organizational coordination abilities, and upright character, free from bad habits.
