Project Manager (Experienced with High Voltage Substation)
Electrical engineer with minimum (15) years experience in construction of HV and EHV Substation. 5 years experience as project manager for construction of extra high voltage substation under SEC Standard.
1. Should have complete knowledge of EPC High voltage substation construction from START TILL HANDOVER.
2. Should be able manage design, procurement and construction of substation as per SEC standard.
3. Should have experience installation of major electrical works like 380 or higher GIS,132GIS,33kV Switch gear, protection, SAS and AC DC System.
4. Should manage vendors, design and procurement process with construction and design teem already in position.
5. Should be able to do all technical correspondence with Royal commission and SEC.
6. Should have in-depth knowledge of work planning for electrical substation construction and client handling.
7. Should be able to plan and achieve scheduled target by managing resources both man and material.
8. Should have the ability to manage testing commissioning phase with SEC ISD and subcontractor for testing.
9. Shall be able to plan and execute critical outage work within SEC time limits.
10. Should be able to manage all engineers and assign job for progress .
11. Shall oversee production at site and make sure there is no slippage.
12. Shall execute the substation construction as per PTS and SEC Standard by effective planning, coordination, control and technical knowhow.
13. Should have previous experience in at least one project as project Manager Saudi for SEC or Royal commission project where SEC standards are applicable.
14. Out of 15 Years at least 8 years shall be in Saudi and GCC Countries. Which include one project in Saudi as manager.
15. Previous SEC approval preferred.
16. Electrical Engineer with SCE Approval mandatory.
