Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed examinations, visual inspections, and quick assessments of structural assets, including culverts, bridges, earthworks, cuttings, and related infrastructure components.
Identify structural defects, maintenance needs, and potential risks, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Assist in executing maintenance and repair tasks in collaboration with contractors and the infrastructure maintenance team.
Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship during structural repairs and upgrades.
Support the team in emergency response situations involving structural issues.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Structural Maintenance, or a related field
