Job Title: Finishing Civil Engineer(only Gulf experience)
CIVIL ENGINEER FINISHING (ONLY VILLA OR CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE)
Job Summary
We seek an experienced Finishing Civil Engineer to oversee villa/construction projects' finishing phases, ensuring timely completion, quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
1. *Finishing Work Supervision*: Oversee finishing works (e.g., flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical).
2. *Quality Control*: Conduct site inspections to ensure high-quality finishing work.
3. *Project Coordination*: Coordinate with architects, contractors and stakeholders.
4. *Timeline and Budget*: Manage finishing project schedules and budgets.
5. *Client Communication*: Liaise with clients regarding finishing work.
6. *Team Leadership*: Supervise junior engineers and site staff.
7. *Problem-Solving*: Resolve technical issues and delays.
8. *Safety and Compliance*: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
9. *Reporting*: Prepare project progress reports.
Technical Responsibilities
1. *Finishing Design*: Review architectural and engineering designs for finishing phases.
2. *Material Selection*: Specify finishing materials (e.g., flooring, paint, fixtures).
3. *Installation Oversight*: Ensure proper installation of finishing elements.
4. *Defect Management*: Identify and address defects or deficiencies.
Requirements
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2. *Experience*: 5+ years of experience in finishing civil engineering projects.
3. *Certifications*: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
4. *Software*: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
5. *Language*: Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
1. *Master's Degree*: Civil Engineering or related field.
2. *Certifications*: LEED AP, PMP or construction management certifications.
3. *International Experience*: Work experience in the Middle East, Asia or Europe.
4. *Familiarity*: Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
