Qualifications
1. Diploma or higher in Surveying Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in engineering surveying.
2. Proficient in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments, with the ability to independently establish survey control points and process static measurement data.
3. Fluent in English, with the ability to use English as the working language.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, meticulous, hardworking, able to work overtime, and possess good organizational and writing skills, with a clean and upright personal character.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement related quality standards and engineering surveying technical specifications, as well as operational procedures for engineering surveying.
2. Prepare engineering surveying plans and monitoring measurement schemes, submit them for approval by the Chief Engineer, and assist in technical reviews.
3. Responsible for establishing control networks, conducting construction layout, and providing technical documentation during construction to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Manage the project department’s surveying instruments, maintaining equipment logs and repair/maintenance records.
5. Perform periodic calibrations and re-verifications as per local national regulations to ensure the accuracy of measuring equipment.
6. Provide technical training for survey staff to enhance knowledge in measurement techniques, standards, and instrument usage.
7. Verify design drawings before construction starts, identify issues, report findings, and proceed with measurement work once confirmed.
8. Oversee control measurement work, ensuring the protection of survey markers and understanding key control point positions.
9. Ensure the accuracy of all measurement data, especially for large machinery and tall structures, avoiding safety incidents due to measurement errors or incomplete records.
10. Manage and submit various survey-related documentation accurately and timely."
