Collaborate with project managers to meet workforce requirements.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
