Job Title: Sr IT Engineer (Project Manager)

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer (Project Manager) to lead and manage IT projects within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT engineering, with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT field. This role requires expertise in managing complex IT projects, technical leadership, and excellent communication skills to coordinate between teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects meet time, cost, and scope constraints.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, providing technical direction and ensuring high performance.

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and clients for project-related communications and issue resolution.

Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal project delivery.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all IT project deliverables meet high standards of quality, security, and performance.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT field.

At least 10-15 years of total experience in IT engineering.

Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects in various domains (networking, infrastructure, software development, etc.).

Skills:

Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Excellent project management skills with experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).

Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

ITIL, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
