Civil Engineer – Asphalt Team & Online Portal Management

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our asphalt team and manage customer job orders through an online portal. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering, experience in asphalt works, and excellent organizational and technical skills to handle project management and digital systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the asphalt team for timely and quality project delivery.
Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage the online job order portal, including receiving, scheduling, and tracking customer orders.
Communicate effectively with clients to confirm project specifications and updates.
Prepare and submit progress reports and ensure smooth coordination between field teams and office staff.
Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Troubleshoot issues arising on-site or through the portal, ensuring swift resolutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum [5+ years] of experience in asphalt works and construction management.
Strong knowledge of online project/order management systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online platforms; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
