Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Engineer (Site Engineer) to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction activities on-site, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

Coordination: Liaise between project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards by regularly inspecting construction materials, methods, and progress.

Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, adjust schedules, and resolve any issues that arise to keep the project on track.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, safety logs, and material usage.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any on-site technical or logistical challenges efficiently and effectively.

Compliance: Ensure that all site work adheres to local and international building codes, environmental guidelines, and health & safety regulations.

Team Leadership: Supervise and guide site engineers, workers, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and project timelines are met.

Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in site management and construction projects.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and project management.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, make decisions under pressure, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, etc.) are a plus.
