Mechanical Engineer (Cooling Tower) (1)

Qualification: Mechanical Engineer

Working Hours: As per site requirement.

Experience: Min 5 Years Experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Should have previous work experience in MEP Plant Maintenance, Contracting Companies.

Experience in HVAC & Cooling Tower (Installation, Design, Maintenance). Experience in Cost Control.

Project Scheduling. Running day to day operation on site. Site Coordination & Client Relation.

Maintain documents relating to site activity and project management / reports.

Supervision of construction work. Evaluate designs & engineering plans.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Have to make quality decisions (accepted or rejected) based on provided control outlines.

Review production records for accuracy and compliance.

Perform routine quality inspection operations on industrial and commercial items.

Maintain and organize all records, documentation, and other files associated with quality engineering and inspection tasks.

Monitor the manufacturing product and ensure that it corresponds with the engineering documents and other specifications.

Conduct inspection on all machinery handling to provide a safe environment for the equipment and products.

Maintain the ISO standards of the products and ensured that there is proper handling of the inspection tools.

Administer the inspections in accordance to the Quality and certification programs to assure that it meets all quality requirements

Inspect the products for optimal quality, prepared appropriate reports to manage the quality levels of the products.

Supervise production to ensure that the needs of the consumers are met.

Monitor the equipment used and the procedures followed in the inspection process.

Participating in various meetings and discussions relating to the quality issue.

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY:

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

Assisted inspection Engineers for inspection activities and documentation.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Attending conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
