We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record in piping systems, fabrication, welding, boilers, and gas pipeline projects to lead our marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strategic marketing skills to identify new opportunities, engage clients, and drive growth in the piping and manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power plants, and infrastructure projects.

• Develop and implement strategies to promote company services in piping fabrication, welding, boiler installation, and gas pipeline construction.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Conduct technical presentations and sales pitches to highlight the company’s expertise and capabilities.

• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and stay competitive.

Technical Consultation:

• Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions for piping, welding, and fabrication projects.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes (e.g., ASME, API, ISO) when proposing solutions to clients.

• Provide insights on material selection, welding techniques, and engineering processes to meet project specifications.

Collaboration and Proposal Management:

• Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.

• Lead the preparation of bids and tenders, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects align with client expectations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Marketing Activities:

• Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support sales efforts.

• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to expand brand visibility.

• Analyze feedback from clients and market trends to refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in piping systems, welding, fabrication, boilers, or gas pipeline projects.

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development in a technical or engineering-focused environment.

• Expertise in welding techniques (e.g., TIG, MIG, ARC) and a strong understanding of piping design and fabrication.

• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, API, and ISO.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic marketing plans.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

• Hands-on experience with project management tools and CRM systems.

• Knowledge of industrial processes related to boilers, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels.
