Construction Foreman ( Hiring ) The construction worker is responsible for the construction and on-site management of the spoil site during work, ensuring that the spoil operation complies with the engineering design, environmental protection and safety requirements, ensuring that the construction activities of the spoil site are carried out in an orderly and efficient manner, and minimizing the adverse impact on the surrounding environment and personnel. Reasonable planning of the layout of temporary facilities such as construction access roads, material storage areas, and machinery and equipment parking areas in the spoil site to ensure smooth traffic in the construction area and a clean and orderly site. More than five years of relevant construction experience is required. Proficient in CAD and Office office software, and the ability to read and modify drawings. Able to independently solve quality, safety, and technical problems at the construction site.Good communication and coordination skills and emergency response capabilities are also required
